Shipping policy
Orders are to be dispatched on our business day. If your order is placed on Friday or before the National Holidays, it may take a few days to be shipped out. Kindly note that FIT EVER operates based on JST, UTC+9.
Please note that neither the courier nor we assume any responsibility for a missing or stolen package once it is delivered following your request (whether unsigned, unattended, etc.). However, if the courier left the package unattended without your approval, please contact us with your order number.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. You can check the status of delivery using the given tracking number on the website of the delivery courier EMS.
It generally takes 2 to 5 business days to be delivered, but there can be unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped outside of Japan may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; FIT EVER by J.S.PLAN., LTD. has no control over these charges, nor can FIT EVER by J.S.PLAN., LTD. what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
