FIT EVER Affiliate Posting Guidelines

1. Purpose of the Guidelines

The aim of this program is to enhance brand recognition and inspire purchase motivation by sharing real-life experiences using FIT EVER products, which feature cooling technology, UV protection, and eco-friendly materials.

 2. Posting Format

  • Video content is mandatory (Instagram Reel / TikTok / YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Image-only posts are not accepted; video posts only.
  • Videos must include a face reveal (show your face while presenting the product).

3. Required Pre-Posting Action

Please make sure to watch the following product introduction video.
 Understanding the correct usage and effects is a required condition for participation.

 4. Number of Posts & Content Guidelines

Please post 2 videos within 14 days after receiving the free sample:
 If you enjoy using the product and want to continue promoting it, we’d love to have you post once a month — and you’ll earn affiliate commissions through your unique link/code.）

5. Content Ideas

  • Demonstrate the "wet it, wring it, shake it" cooling activation process.
  • Share scenes from outings with family or children.

  • Coordinate the scarf with hijab or casual styles.

6. Caption Tips

  • Share your honest impressions and experience
  • Explain why you chose the product and how you use it
  • Include your ○○% off referral code (e.g., AYUMI)

 7. Collaboration Requirements

  • Please add FIT EVER’s official Instagram account (@fitever_official) as a collaborator when you are posting.
  • Your content may be reused by FIT EVER for advertising and promotional purposes.
  • After posting, please notify us via message.

 

8. Rewards & Terms

  • One free sample product will be provided (including shipping)
  • A 10% commission will be paid for purchases made through your referral
  • Report your post using the following Google Form:
     https://forms.gle/fitever-collab (sample)
  • Commissions will be automatically tracked and paid through the UpPromote system.
  • Don’t forget to fill in your payment details for our affiliate program.
    We need to know your preferred payment method and payment information to send you your commissions.

 9. Post Removal & Revision Policy

  • If your post includes inappropriate content or inaccurate information,  we may request revisions or removal.
  • Please respond within 3 days of receiving a notice.

 10. Prohibited Actions

  • Comparing with or criticizing other brands
  • False or exaggerated claims (e.g., "colder than ice")
  • Posting in unhygienic environments or handling the product carelessly
